
COVID-19 Safety Policies.

As regulated health professionals, Chiropractors have been deemed an essential service. We remain open during any lockdowns to serve you in a safe manner.
We will continue to implement the following policies to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff:
Limited Appointments: Fewer appointments will be available due to additional time required to sanitize and ventilate treatment rooms. It will also minimize contact between patients in the building.
Waiting Room: In order to limit patient to patient contact, please adhere to your scheduled appointment time.
Physical Distancing: Signs are posted around the clinic to remind patients to practice physical distancing while in the building.
Hand Washing: Patients will be required to wash or sanitize their hands immediately upon entering the clinic.
PPE: Surgical/procedural masks will be worn at all times by all staff. Patients are no longer required to wear a mask to your appointment, but it is strongly recommended.
Increased Cleaning and Disinfection: Treatment rooms, tables, tools and commonly touched surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected prior to and following each patient visit.
Contactless Payment: Tap credit/debit cards and other contactless forms of payment, such as Apple Pay, are preferred. Cash will only be accepted if absolutely necessary.
Receipts and Statements: All receipts and statements will be sent digitally via email to limit contact. Paper copies can be provided upon request.
Essential Visitors Only: This includes a guardian for a child, if deemed necessary, or a caregiver if you require physical assistance.
